2. Prepaid Packages and Deposits
Prepaid treatments and packages are non-refundable but may be transferred to another service or individual at the discretion of management.
Booking deposits are required to secure appointments and are non-refundable in case of no-shows or cancellations made with insufficient notice.

3. Products
All retail product sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on skincare or cosmetic products due to health and hygiene regulations. If a product is defective or damaged upon receipt, please contact us within 3 days of purchase for a possible exchange.

4. Gift Cards and Vouchers
Gift cards and promotional vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. They may be used toward eligible services or products as specified at the time of purchase.
